Trenton Forging produces over 400 different parts and makes its forgings by using multiple cavity dies with up to twelve impressions. Using only electric induction heat, parts are forged in both carbon and alloy steel. Part can range in weight from just ounces to 20 pounds.

Recent production includes new parts for truck trailers, recreational vehicles, building construction as well as railroad hardware components, machine tool components, hand tools and various defense projects.

Customers are encouraged to forward prints and/or CAD models of parts needed to Trenton Forging for review. Plastic models of new or conceptual parts can be produced for evaluation before product plans are finalized.
