Patriot Man

Members of the U.S. military will receive a special
gift to lift their spirits later this month when
Trenton Forging Company sends a total of 50 sets
of The Patriot Game horseshoes to military in
Iraq and Afghanistan.

A leading producer of custom impression die forgings, Trenton Forging originally made the
horseshoes to give as gifts to clients during the holiday season. They had planned to give the remaining horseshoes to employees. Instead, employees recommended that the company send them to the military.

"We appreciate all that our military men and women do to keep us safe," said David Moxlow, President of Trenton Forging. "They put their lives on the line daily to defend and protect our country. This is just a small token of our thanks. We hope that it will bring them some lighthearted moments to their demanding schedules."

The game of horseshoes seems to have become an American pass time during the Revolutionary war. The red, white and blue Patriot Game horseshoe sets produced by Trenton Forging are 100% made in the U.S.A. and meet all the specifications of the National Horseshoe Pitchers Association of America. The set includes background on the history of the game of horseshoes and fun instructions outlining the rules and scoring for the game.
